The content of the meetings has been developed by 3 Doulas and an IBCLC lactation consultant. Please understand that in the event of a birth, it may be necessary to reschedule or postpone a meeting.

We are so excited to announce our new prenatal classes! We have a team of wonderful, smart, and caring doulas who have created an amazing session for you! It will be offered for 6 weeks.

These classes were carefully and thoughtfully designed to help families prepare for birth and know their rights and what to expect. Aside from our amazing team of doulas (perinatal specialists) the course was also reviewed by our IBCLC lactation consultant! We are very proud of our well-rounded prenatal classes.

Meet our doulas

what is a doula?

A doula is a perinatal professional trained to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to parents before, during, and after childbirth. While they do not perform medical tasks, doulas play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and empowering birth and postpartum experience. They offer guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support, helping families navigate pregnancy, labour, and the early days of parenthood with confidence and comfort.

If you would like to sponsor a family to help them join a session, you can contact us or make a donation via our website!
